What is Tribe Earth incense made from?

100% plants — no glues, no binders, no fillers, and no synthetic fragrance. Every plank and cone is hand-crafted on Country in Western Australia, made the way incense has been made for millennia rather than with modern shortcuts.

How do I burn it safely?

Light the tip until it catches, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. Always burn on a heatproof surface with good ventilation, keep it well away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable, and never leave burning incense unattended.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (except over weekends) via Australia Post or DHL.

Within Australia: Free shipping on retail orders over $100, or $12 for orders under $50. Domestic delivery takes around 5-7 days.

Internationally: 7-14 days, priced by zone — New Zealand $24, Asia Pacific $35, US & Canada $38, UK & Europe $44, Rest of World $54.

What's your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, an item must be unused or genuinely deficient, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at handmade@tribeearth.com.au to start a return before sending anything back — items sent without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. As scent is a personal preference, we're not able to offer returns for a change of mind on fragrance.
