I recently came across their handmade incense blocks at a local store and fell in love with one of the scents. I ordered some more direct from the website and received a beautifully wrapped package a few days later. There was a small mistake with the products I ordered so I reached out on a Friday arvo to let them know. Within an hour I received an email back apologising and advising they were express posting the items that afternoon.
Mistakes happen, it’s how they’re dealt with that matters and this business has shown they have integrity as well as beautiful handmade products. Will be ordering again.
